This exciting role offers opportunity to: Responsible for developing functional strategies that align with the Organization’s business needs and leverage the corporate/sector/region strategic plans. Make the deployment of eight tools of LEAN involving officials of various levels and areas. Implement actions (programs, training) that aim to increase commitment and motivation. Builds organizational capability across the ELSS function. Identifies and develops functional and leadership talent. Creates and executes the functional OCA for the Organization. Developing and deploying the daily accountability processes as Continued improvement framework in shop floor. Develops and runs the required end-to-end product continues improvement capabilities together with other central support function, in alignment with cost, customer quality/reliability and other key company deliverables. Manages Continues Improvement of whole plant process, engineering control and improvement process, unitize maintenance team and unitize lean tool and Eaton lean and Six Sigma and fully support plant business goal. Responsible for working with Plant and Divisional leadership in identifying high-priority areas for improvement from annual Plant level value Stream Mapping rounds: in order to ensure ELSS efforts are aligned to and fully support profit Plan and Strategic Plan goals. Participate in the process of obtaining certification and recertification of ISO 9001, ISO 14000, etc. Monitor the progress of the implementation, through lean committees and appropriate key-performance-indicators (KPIs). Identify & promote Best-Practices within Plant and the Global Community of Practice. Leads self-assessments, monitors assessment outcome and corrective action plans, and impact on business results. Leads Six Sigma projects to achieve desired goals. Coaches and mentors Production and Quality Engineers and Technicians in quality concepts and applications Qualifications Requirement: Majored in Engineering 10 years of experience in a World Class Continuous Improvement Program and accountable for Continuous Improvement Manager duties in multi manufacturing company 7 years’ experience in engineering design skill for automation machine in injection and/or rubber operation will be advantage (focus on effectiveness for quality improvement, environmental improvement, efficiency improvement Certified of Six Sigma Experience in production management for manning strategy and production output Experience in Lean tool and experience to implement in operation process, Statistical Process Control Yes!
