We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as a Operation Executive.

In this role, you will,
Book and confirm services within budget and as per client request
Check feasibility and accuracy of outbound itineraries
Co-ordinate and handle inquiries from clients and local offices
Issuing of tour documentation to clients
Quality and margin control problem and complaints solving
Instant response and correct decision making/handling to unforeseen circumstances during group operation

To be successful in this role, you should meet most of the following criteria,

1.University Degree, preferably majors in Tourism & Hospitality Management/ English literature / Guide or Tour Leader
2. Minimum 1-2 years of tourism industry experience with preference for tour operating or retail agency experience
3.Experienced with Outbound, agency, B2B and/or operation background is a distinct advantage
4. Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in any additional language(s) would be a distinct advantage.
5. Strong verbal/written communication skills, and capable of working under pressure
6. Outgoing personality and team work spirit
7. Service-oriented with very positive working attitude will be important.
8. Spirit of team work and good communication skills
