Quotations

Gather as much group information as possible(including fight details, group purpose and possible competitions)

Review itinerary as well as requested services.

Make proper quotation from system by followingthe information and requests.

Prepare quote sheets as well as sales sheet.

Get selling process from sales team and thensend offer letter to agents.

Follow up offers withcalls

Make sure agents get our offer properly.

Get feedback of offers and pass relatedinformation to sales team for further action.

Daily operation works

New group booking, including series and ad hoc

Push confirmation of services, including hotelsand ground services

Deadline controlRevenue/ budget control

Regular update of sign up pax

Cancel/change service and follow up confirmationby due time

Finalize groups and send out final document toagents

Trouble shooting while groups are in the trip

Complete assignment and reports to supervisor/operation manager

To be successful in this role, you should meet most of the followingcriteria,

1. Undergraduates, preferably majors in Tourism & HospitalityManagement/ English literature / Guide or Tour Leader

2. Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in any additionallanguage(s) would be a distinct advantage.

3. Strong verbal/written communication skills, and capable of workingunder pressure

4. Outgoing personality and team work spirit

5. Service-oriented with very positive working attitude will beimportant.

6. Spirit ofteam work and good communication skills
