职责描述
HR+ADMIN
- Keep local business leadership and global HR leadership apprised of progress, seek help without delay
- Build relationship with campuses in the region to serve as source of excellent entry-level talent
- Ensure the smooth new hire integration process and develop transfer process of designation and function
- Facilitate execution of Performance Management process
- Work towards improving quality of Performance Management process by upskilling/ raising awareness amongst
- Support business managers in compensation planning / decision process
- Ensure accurate delivery of payroll monthly
- Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives
FINANCE
- Supervise the accounting, budget, fund request, cashier, banking issues
- Submit finance reports to Global on weekly, monthly basis
- Develop and implement the travel policy and expense approval process in line with the global process
- Manage and control the office expenses and costs
- Provide support for auditing & taxation per government, tax and local requirements
- Oversee local IT operations in Shanghai office
- Connect closely with global IT team for any local technical issues
- Assist Global Management Team in executing any special projects or initiatives, as required
