职责描述

HR+ADMIN
  • Keep local business leadership and global HR leadership apprised of progress, seek help without delay
  • Build relationship with campuses in the region to serve as source of excellent entry-level talent
  • Ensure the smooth new hire integration process and develop transfer process of designation and function
  • Facilitate execution of Performance Management process
  • Work towards improving quality of Performance Management process by upskilling/ raising awareness amongst
  • Support business managers in compensation planning / decision process
  • Ensure accurate delivery of payroll monthly
  • Facilitate and strengthen various employee engagement initiatives
FINANCE
  • Supervise the accounting, budget, fund request, cashier, banking issues
  • Submit finance reports to Global on weekly, monthly basis
  • Develop and implement the travel policy and expense approval process in line with the global process
  • Manage and control the office expenses and costs
  • Provide support for auditing & taxation per government, tax and local requirements
IT
  • Oversee local IT operations in Shanghai office
  • Connect closely with global IT team for any local technical issues
OTHER
  • Assist Global Management Team in executing any special projects or initiatives, as required
