Job Description

Operation License Manager is an important role to achieve our commitment to complying with all licensing laws applicable to our operation. The manager should understand international compliance policies and applicable laws and regulations very well, and at the same time the manager should renew operation licenses on time.


  • Renew all licenses/permits for all stores/Clubs/DCs.
  • Lead and work very closely with license coordinators to complete all license activities.
  • Work closely with business functions to ensure all application materials are well prepared for application.
  • Ensure A/C compliance policies related to TPI engagement are being well followed.
  • Follow the ANTI-CORRUPTION COMPLIANCE PROCEDURES throughout license application.
  • Use system of Global License Manager(GLM), ensure all documents to be uploaded into GLM at each designated stage.
  • Improve China market maturity level for license area.
  • Support annual risk assessment for the areas of licensing.

任职要求:


1. 3 to 5 years’ experience in licensing, government relation or retail business.

2. Have the capacities of using appropriate judgment, planning and pursuing team-based improvement.

Travelling nationwide is required.
