What you'll be doing:

• Leading and managing the Coordinator team which is the core of the logistics.
• Improve the process of repetitive work and communicate with all business owner and support their need.
• Analysis and control the cost for all cities we served.
• Calculate the weekly payment for all cities.
• Understand how the system works, provide feedback and report issue to HQ.
• Support to resolve all operation related issues we faced in Taiwan branch.
• Coordination is about understood the people around and support them, connect all resource and make them work together smoothly.

What are we looking for?

• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
• Able to work whenever the team needs you, weekends and public holidays shift may be required.
• Able to start your contribution immediately or within short notice preferred.
• Rational and critical thinking.
• Detail and process orientated.
• Great at Excel.
• TOEIC score: 750 above or any other equivalent certification.
• Coding skill(any language) will be a desirable plus but not necessary.
