2.Work experience in a PCBA factory is preferred.
3.Know the concepts of 5S and ISO.
4.Know management principles of materials.
5.Able to deal with emergencies
6.Instruct and supervise subordinates working correctly.
7.Coordinate your department with other departments to cooperate and complete production plans.
8.Control product quality.
9.Know production status at any time. Report to your superiors if there is any abnormal.
Product Foreman (SMT)

Job Descriptions:
1.Technical secondary school or above
2.Two years’ work experience in SMT field management
3. Familiar with SMT skills and know IPC test standards
4.Those who are familiar with post SMT operating processes are preferred.
Material Foreman
Recruiting Number: 1
Job Descriptions:
1.Secondary technical school or above, over two years’ material management experience in electronics processing industry.
2.Certain ability in English reading and writing; able to overwork and work in shifts
3.Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc
4.Familiar with ISO 9000 and TS16949
5.Familiar with technical knowledge related to firefighting, safety in production etc
6.Familiar with processing and production flows of electronic industry.
Test Technician
Recruiting Number: 2
Job Descriptions:
1.Technical secondary school or above (electronic)
2. Over one year’ work experience in mobile phone processing factory of MTK Platform (production line supported is preferred)
3.Familiar with Agilent & CMU operations
4.Know MTK Platform
5.Familiar with mobile phone testing processes.
6.Able to work in shifts
Operation & Management Engineer
Recruiting Number: 1
Job Descriptions:
1 Over three years’ PMC (comprehensive plan) or NPI work experience in SMT factories
2 Make, maintain, track and coordinate operation processes; responsible for practicing and improving quality standard systems of operation processes.
3 Audit and monitor key milestones in operation processes; collect, compile data and feedback information in operation processes.
4 Perform risk evaluations on operation processes, and maintain corresponding process systems
5 Responsible for document standardization system in operation processes, document filing and standardization auditing
6 Business management systems and performance evaluation standards
7 Strong ability in organization and communication; enthusiastic, sustained; work under high pressure, familiar with Visio and office
