To prepare and analyse sales data and relevant report监督各运营小组的运营数据,完成品牌店铺销售报表

To lead, coach and build the team to high effectiveness管理和培养部门员工,负责人员梯队建设, 打造高战斗力的团队
To conduct market research and competitor analysis, as well as a complete understanding of the various eMarketplaces operating in China负责市场调查和竞争对手分析,并密切关注中国电商行业的信息

要求:
Colleage or above大专学历或以上
5 years of experience in eCommerce operation and marketing, preferably with international brands, with at least 2 years on management position至少5年互联网和电子商务从业经验, 团队管理2年以上经验;
Familiar with eCommerce operation and China eMarketplaces精通品牌电商渠道运营,熟悉各大电商平台
Experience in eFulfillment services, with a strong passion for assisting international brands to build sales channels in the China eCommerce market有电商物流服务的经验,对为国际品牌建立在中国电商市场上的销售渠道有强烈的兴趣
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, good manager with hands-on approach, ability to grasp new ideas and out-of-the-box thinking性格良好,善于沟通,合格的公司管理者,思维活跃,具备亲力亲为, 创造性思维及逻辑思维能力
Good team spirit and able to demonstrate leadership skills, willing to work under high pressure to achieve sales target and KPIs良好的团队合作精神和丰富的团队建设经验,能在较大的压力下实现品牌销售目标
