Operation Manager

Responsibilities

？ Responsible for the development and implementation of activities in operation areas to meet operations goals – OTD/Safe Working Place/Quality/Effective

？ Conduct overall operation activity to align with financial goals—operating profit, manufacture overhead, labor cost, IDM, total material loss, equipment expense …

？ Optimize production schedules based on CRD(Customer Request Date)

？ Supervise the production workshops, optimize production plan, ensure products meet quality standards and delivered on schedule

？ Continuous improvements for productivity & efficiency and space utilization(LEAN)

？ Optimize the process and production capacity, review and evaluate production costs

？ Benchmarking with Industry Top Factories

？ In charge of 2nd and 3rd party audit, ensure compliance with all quality requirements in production process.

？ Responsible for correct, prevent all quality issues and continuous process improvement

？ Ensure Compliance with EH&S management system requirements, comply Health and Safety rules and requirements, undertake improvement health/safe/environment of the company;

？ Responsible for supervision, management, performance evaluation of subordinates;

？ Arrange systematic training for subordinates to improve staff knowledge, skills and capability development

？ Control capital expense and direct/indirect labor

Requirements

？ Education background: Bachelor or above degree major in IE or EE

？ 8~10 years manufacturing operation experience with proven track record

？ Strong in process optimization and practices lean concept in shop floor;

？ High motivation to take challenges, pressures in bringing team to achieve target

？ Proactive mind set and thinking, result oriented;

？ Strong leadership quality and excellent in communication skills, both in-house and external;

？ Good sense of value stream / lean continuous improvement. Cost sensitive and flexible

？ Self-learning ability, problem solving ability, innovation, people development, communication, strategic thinking, and leadership.

？ English reading/writing/speaking is a plus
