Job description

• Manage and oversee the daily operation of retail shops;
• Develop and implement strategies and initiatives for daily sales operations;
• Analyze and review retail shops’ performance and effectiveness of promotion program;  
• Drive teams’ performance to maximize sales and productivity, manpower efficiency and customer service standard;
• Work closely with internal departments to monitor and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, displays and events;
• Conduct regular sales analysis and sales reports;
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned

 Job Requirement

• Higher Diploma or above in Business Administration or related disciplines;
• 5 years or above solid experience gained in sales and service industries but in beauty industry / beauty shops will be an advantage;
• At least 2 years relevant experience at management level;
• Strong in people management skills, planning, problem solving & time management;
• Detail-oriented and strong in process improvements;
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills;
• Good in written and verbal English, Mandarin and Chinese communication skills;
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and Chinese word processing
