A. Closely work with cross functional team members, functional Managers and CPS field Program Managers to support FCST, shipment and first-moment deliveries queries and escalations.

B. Coordination among SCM, plant and PQ sales operation teams on FCST management.

C. Follow-up BU shipments plans & track BA1 plants and suppliers’ deliveries.

D. Communicate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth internal communications on deliveries

E. Present periodic SIOP updates and give inputs to PQ SIOP meetings.

F. Identify delivery risks and propose mitigations through effective planning and controlling.

Qualifications

• Requirement:

• Bachelor's degree required, Engineering or Business degree preferred
• 3-5 years experiences in electrical products manufacturing, planning and deliveries management
• An individual with a strong sense of customer, sales growth focus
• The ability to quickly analyze operational innuendo is essential for right decisions
• Advanced understanding of lean logistics theory, deployment and measurement is essential
• Good analytical skills and business acumen
• Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills necessary to converse with the diverse group of stakeholders including Sales, Operations and Supply Chain Management personnel
