We are an air/ocean freight forwarding company with headquarter based in Singapore and we are looking for:-

Responsibilities : 

• Good Knowledge in freight forwarding (Air / Sea)
• Experience in E-commerce is an advantage
• Ensure prompt response to customers’ inquiries and complaints
• Liaising with customers, transporters, agents for shipment planning and execution
• Ensure accurate input/update of data into ERP system
• Handle and prepare relevant shipping documentations
• Sending pre-alert and proof of delivery (POD) to clients or agents/partners timely
• Be cost-conscious in the use of contractors or vendors,
• Issuance of shipment invoices within 24 hours of shipment
• Cost verification and cost update onto the ERP system
• Maintain proper and systematic filings of shipment documents.
• Perform ad-hoc assignments as required

 Requirements :  

• DSE/ F5 graduates
• 1-2 years of solid experience in Freight Forwarding / Logistics Industry (Air / Sea)
• Responsible, mature, detailed mind and good team player
• Adaptable to any changing of circumstances
• Able to work overtime and under pressure
• Good in spoken and written English & Mandarin
• Good PC skills, Ms Office
