Job Description

Active contributor in the business processing, the operation officer will be involved in the goods transit inbound and outbound. This position is crucial to insure business workflow is accurate. His/Her duties are:

 

 

Outbound (Local deliveries)

-          Handle with professional manners Hong-Kong and Macau customers enquiries and complaints over email, telephone or fax. And their ERP platforms

-          Process Hong-Kong and Macau customers’ orders to ERP system

-          Arrange local deliveries with delivery teams

-          Prepare and handle Macau shipping documents

-          Post monthly invoices

 

Inbound (Importation to Hong-Kong)

-          Handle shipping documents at arrival

-          Organize with logistic company booking and unloading

-          Input stock data entry in system

 

 

Academics / Skills:

• F.5 or DSE
• Detail minded, accurate and able to perform under pressure
• Spoken and written English and Cantonese
• Fresh graduates are also welcome
