• Part I (Operation Officer):
• Always ensure all the Elekta (Shanghai) Tech. company activities meet the best benefit of Elekta.
• Coordinate Legal Entity set up related tasks (documentation, registration etc.)
• Company operational process owner; help to define & execute Elekta (Shanghai) Tech. company management process (Such as. Business continuity plan, Regulatory, finance, Safety…)
• Always ensure all the process in Elekta Tech. company meets the best interests of Elekta investment company &Elekta.
• Liaison with government authorities.
• Internal communicator with regional & global.
• Company major internal/external activities organizer/facilitator (e.g. Board Meeting, Annual meeting)
• Conduct office administration tasks (Office lease agreement negotiation/ decoration etc.)
• One of the responsive personnel for regulatory audits
• Part II (Agile Coach):
• Has expertise in Scrum, Lean, Kanban, XP Practices and SAFE.
• Creates culture where creativity and innovation can flourish.
• Coaches the team on effective ceremony execution.
• Plays significant role in developing others to become scrum masters and RTEs within the existing talent base by creating training /shadowing program.
• Holds clinics to teach agile concepts across the organization.
• Maybe called upon to help any part of the organization implement agile techniques.
