Job Description

Job Duties

  • Supervise the daily operations of scanning center
  • Work as the contact point to handle client’s inquiries and requests
  • Lead a team to deliver the inbound document services such as documents archive, documents pre-scan preparation and scanning
  • Ensure the team to follow the Key Performance Indicator and maintain high service standard, initiate and lead staff in continual improvement
  • Prepare monthly reports for clients and management
  • Handle ad-hoc task as assigned by management

 

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in any disciplines
  • 3 - 4 years working experience, preferably in scanning operation field
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, strengthen in problem-solving
  • Strong sense on customer service and able to be a well organizing planner
  • Familiar in using MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • On completion, employment on a contract or permanent basis might be offered, yet subject to the Company’s business needs and performance of the individual
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
