Job Description
- In the purpose and rules of optimizing company’s production resources, Responsible to release levelling production plan and correct production order
- Establish rolling optimized weekly and daily production plan according to production capacity, compatible with the customer delivery orders, material supportability and production capacity;
- Track, monitor production activity and analyze production data, adjust production plan to keep the stability of production and fulfill on time delivery.
- Organize and hold weekly production planning meeting, review production plan fulfillment, fix production plan requirement.
- Regularly analyze and monitor capacity utilization, levelling capacity of each project. Review and analyze change over times, optimize change over frequency to reduce waste of capacity.
- Pre-series production and follow up. To fulfill customer pre-series order demand.
- Production management and follow up of Engineering/Version/Project change.
- Ensure reasonable and qualified stock level for semi-finished materials; Evaluate and escalate shortage risk when stocks lower than safety level and out of control.
- Maintain and update database of materials in SAP, ensure the most updated and accuracy Coordinating tasks
- Communicate and cooperate with other department to fulfill each own project operation target.
- Coordinate workers, machines and materials. Optimize company resources to fulfill customer requirement. Temporary tasks
- Other tasks assigned by LOG manager or other management.

- Bachelor degree on the industry engineering, logistics and similar studies;
- More than two years work experiences in office doing production plan, materials disposition issues；
- Ability to analysis and resolve problem under complex background information ；
- Ability to manage the daily jobs under stress；
- English fluent both in written and oral；
- Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office tool very well，EPR-, especially SAP-experiences；
- Ability to work in team， Initiative and engaged in the job，Secret and confidential；
