You will be responsibilities for: Support the development of space optimization according to the customer needs and market developments and see opportunities to improve space efficiency, occupancy cost as well as SRE rental conditions both internally and externally Have solutions for space and services for tenants according to given framework Forecast and budgets for your properties Financial fulfillment of the agreed contracts with customers including timely payments to landlords and business partners Understands corporate real estate and its impacts on our business, including daily operations Maintain your knowledge and good understanding about technical assets/equipment and conditions Manage purchase orders and invoices from creations to approval Requirements 10+ years of real estate experience 5+ years of project management Ability to handle project projects at one given time Collaboration across multiple groups Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience; prefer technical degree Siemens Real Estate (SRE) is the real estate entrepreneur of Siemens AG and one of the leading CREM companies.
