We are looking for a Services Operations Specialist to join our Global Services & Success organization. Our Business Unit manages software delivery projects in Italy, acting as main general contractor and ensuring the work is aligned with the customer satisfaction and the contract. Your key challenges: Apply the NextGen Services Automation understanding with specific knowledge and skills to complete a wide range of complex and varied tasks. The role will typically operate under supervision, however, will perform tasks independently in the areas of opportunity management, project administration, data control, process and tools, global policies, pricing agreements, services forecasting and reports. Normally follows established procedures on routine work, requires supervisory instructions only on new assignments. Experience and Qualifications • Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Economics • Master’s degree in business administration • English (B2) and Italian-speaking proficiency • Familiar with Microsoft Office suite and software applications (Salesforce knowledge is considered a plus) • Open mind, proactive, willing to work in team and target oriented • Calm, collected and collaborative, work well under pressure and comfortable with change and complexity in dynamic environments • Ability to identify problems, generate solutions and choose appropriate alternatives using basic root cause analysis  Benefits • Flexible Smartworking • Learning opportunities and career growth • Health Insurance • Canteen/Ticket restaurant • Smartphone • Laptop Work from home/work flexibility Working at Siemens Software means flexibility - you'll need to be able to travel when it is possible post-COVID to see our customers.
