Job Responsibilities:
1. Management of daily orders including system order placement, shipment arrangement, payment collection and follow-up after-sales, etc.;
2. Responsible for the document follow-up of export orders, including making and arranging the information documents required for various import and export business, and completing the customs clearance information required by the corresponding customers, etc.
3. Contact freight forwarders to book ships and space, coordinate export transportation, and be responsible for liaison with freight forwarders and shipping companies;
4. Work closely with the supply chain department to track production progress, monitor quality and delivery, coordinate and solve various problems in a timely manner, and deliver goods on time with high quality;
5. Other business documentary related work.

Requirements:
1. 2-3 years’ experience in foreign trade
2. Strong English and Chinese language skills
3. Understand foreign trade regulations and policies; customs declaration, freight, insurance, inspection and other procedures; national tariff systems and non-tariff regulations; knowledge of international exchange and payment.
4. Familiar with international trade laws, regulations, conventions and conventions.
5. Able to travel.
6. Strong business development ability, fast learning ability, strong adaptability, strong initiative execution ability, flexible and efficient handling.
