Responsibilities:

To take full responsibility of the Air exp & imp shipment once receiving cargo Instruction from Booking Controller

To coordinate with Customer, overseas & Service Provider to move the business forward in a timely manner

To communicate with Customer/ Overseas proactively/ timely in updating the shipment status

To strictly follow up SOP to achieve high customer satisfaction rating

To closely key-in shipment/ operation details into Operation System to ensure the visibility

To achieve planned financial result for each individual shipment on hand

To timely report special case and give reasonable advice to solve trouble case

To assist manager to monitor air department, and coordinate internal work

Requirements:

4+ Year experience in Airfreight

Consolidation knowledge and experience

Knowledge on FOB shipment and local customs regulation

Result and customer focused
