A Global Water Treatment company is presently seeking an Operation Supervisor/Plant Supervisor join their well-established team in the Asia Pacific.

To be a successful candidate you should possess the following key skills: 

• Degree/Diploma in Industrial, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or relevant
• 10+ years of experience in Infrastructure, Commercial or Building projects in Hong Kong or Overseas
• Reporting to the Operation Manager, you will be responsible with management, coordination and coaching of the Operation Department staff. Ensures the whole plant continuous operation by providing equipment’s and consumables availability, under safe conditions and quality requirements
• Coordinates activities between the Operation & Process and Maintenance departments
• Follows up the maintenance, sub-contractors and external companies’ interventions
• Prepares daily, weekly and monthly reports and meetings according to internal needs and contractual requirements for Operation
• With a high working capacity, is a strong leader with good working methods, well organized, is able to learn continuously.
• Those fluent in Chinese and English will be highly considered
