Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Provide processing support globally on order fulfillment services, telecommunications and paperwork according to operation needs
• Handle issuance of Order Confirmation for customers
• Provide administrative support to the team
• Assist in operation control activities such as reviewing shipment status

Requirements:

• Diploma / Degree holder with 1 years’ hands on experience in operation
• Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good adaptability, well-organized and able to complete multiple tasks in efficient and effective manner
• Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua
• Proficient in MS Office
• Can do attitude
