Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide processing support globally on order fulfillment services, telecommunications and paperwork according to operation needs

Handle issuance of Order Confirmation for customers

Provide administrative support to the team

Assist in operation control activities such as reviewing shipment status

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree holder with 1 years’ hands on experience in operation

Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills

Good adaptability, well-organized and able to complete multiple tasks in efficient and effective manner

Good command of spoken and written English and Putonghua

Proficient in MS Office

Can do attitude
