Job Description

We are looking for an experienced OP/CS export department staff to join our Shanghai Branch.


Main Responsibilities:


  • Handle export shipments operation (ocean and air) from end to end, including operation and documentation;
  • Be responsible for the daily communication with overseas agents, customers and vendors;
  • Maintain close contact with customers (external and internal) to ensure an exceptional customer service experience;
  • Build a strong relationship with customers, vendors and sales in order to improve customer’s satisfaction and improve cooperation
  • Responsible for maximizing company’s margins by increasing revenue in local services and implementing cost effective solutions;
  • Make quotation to recurring local customers and overseas offices;
  • Maintain close contact with sales department to ensure relevant shipment information and/or problems are communicated timely;
  • Issuing of documentation related to shipments (bill of lading, invoice, etc.), plus file handling and record keeping
  • Ensure customers profile and information are up to date into our software system.


Profile:


  • Minimum College degree in logistics, international trade or related discipline;
  • At least 3-year freight forwarding experience required as OP/CS department staff;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin;
  • Experience in pricing or import OP/CS department will be considered a plus;
  • Proactive personality with excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and under pressure, managing multiple projects.
