In addition, we offer self-service AI platforms and professional services to cater to the growing demand for AI across the company.Job Description:The Operation and Project Analyst student will work with the IT AI Business and Operation Manager on various global operations of the IT AI department, the job scope includes but may not be limited to:? Central (global) GPU data center capacity management: manage users access, onboarding process, support issues with cross geo engineering teams and internal customers globally? Internal customers monthly billing process? Serve as the department super user for project management applications like Jira? Support the tracking activities of key programs? Support procurement process for department services and goods

Qualifications

What we are looking for? Student towards Management / Information systems/ Industrial Engineering Bachelor's degree with at least 4 semesters left till graduation and Ability to work 2-3 days /20-25 hours a week. Fluent communication in English- writing, and reading. Knowledge in Microsoft Office applications, emphasizing advanced knowledge in Excel (Pivot Tables, Database queries, Conditional formatting, etc.) Demonstrates strong customer orientation and sense of urgency when dealing with issues Is flexible, a self-starter, self-managed, and has excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills Can multi-task, prioritize, and work with a geographically distributed matrix team Has strong communication skills, including the ability to listen, question, interpret, and clarify issues in business and technical terms Good understanding of planning and tasks management and attention to details Good ability to learn new processes/applications #GrowWithIntel Advantage: Experience in project planning, AGILE/SCRUM/SAFE methodologies Experience with Jira
