The mission of the Planning & Fulfillment function is to support profitable growth by ensuring the accurate tactical planning of our demand and our operations, optimizing inventory and resource management and the perfect fulfillment of customers’ orders. Your responsibilities
- Transferring and converting customer demand forecast, combining with factory resources for making reasonable rolling 12-months master operation plan, HC plan and OT plan.
- Initiating the SOP meeting from factory side to understand the marketing situation and product life cycle status, timely adjusting the operation plan.
- Forecasting maintenance, monitoring and adjustment, maintaining forecast in SAP, weekly monitoring and making proper adjustment timely.
- Setting reasonable semi-FG stock plan, project and monitor the month-ending FG and Semi-FG stock.
- Analyzing the MPS gap, take appropriate action for optimizing.
- Quarterly analyzing product’s ABC/FMR attribution, life cycle and RM supply situation, setting and adjusting the PDT for each product, optimizing project or task assigned by line manager.

Your background
- Must have bachelor’s degree or above, engineering education background.
- At least 3-5 years order handling or production planning experience in foreign company. Preferred to have worked on lean sigma or other equivalent theory to lead or participate the optimization task.
- Must be familiar with factory operation process, knowing the normal order handling and production planning methods and KPI.
- Must have skills like good data analysis and statistics ability, high sensitivity to find the issue and analyze the root cause, identify potential risk and find solution.
- Must have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing level, has some financial knowledge.
- Good MS operation and ERP knowledge, be skilled in SAP is preferred
- Must be open minded with active communication, accountable and can bear stress, teamwork, willing to change and can accept change.
