Your responsibilities

• Transferring and converting customer demand forecast, combining with factory resources for making reasonable rolling 12-months master operation plan, HC plan and OT plan.
• Initiating the SOP meeting from factory side to understand the marketing situation and product life cycle status, timely adjusting the operation plan.
• Forecasting maintenance, monitoring and adjustment, maintaining forecast in SAP, weekly monitoring and making proper adjustment timely.
• Setting reasonable semi-FG stock plan, project and monitor the month-ending FG and Semi-FG stock.
• Analyzing the MPS gap, take appropriate action for optimizing.
• Quarterly analyzing product’s ABC/FMR attribution, life cycle and RM supply situation, setting and adjusting the PDT for each product, optimizing project or task assigned by line manager.

Your background

• Must have bachelor’s degree or above, engineering education background.
• At least 3-5 years order handling or production planning experience in foreign company. Preferred to have worked on lean sigma or other equivalent theory to lead or participate the optimization task.
• Must be familiar with factory operation process, knowing the normal order handling and production planning methods and KPI.
• Must have skills like good data analysis and statistics ability, high sensitivity to find the issue and analyze the root cause, identify potential risk and find solution.
• Must have good English listening, speaking, reading, and writing level, has some financial knowledge.
• Good MS operation and ERP knowledge, be skilled in SAP is preferred
• Must be open minded with active communication, accountable and can bear stress, teamwork, willing to change and can accept change.
