As Operational Campaign Planner you are responsible for the detailed planning of multi-channel demand generation campaign along the customer journey including the coordination of the content creation, the localization and the mapping of the buyer’s journey. The role requires on one hand digital marketing expertise and on the other hand a good understanding of project and stakeholder management to ensure the campaigns are properly planned and implemented in a timely manner. The ideal candidate should have a passion for data-driven marketing and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Develop operational plans for multi-channel demand generation campaigns including email, social media, webinars, events, and more, supporting business objectives Come up with timelines, budgeting, and resource allocation for your campaigns Bring in a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques. Work with the execution team to ensure that campaigns are properly implemented Provide guidance to your stakeholders on demand generation initiatives Monitor and track campaign performance and adjust plans as needed Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners if needed Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices Assist with other operational tasks as needed What you need to make real what matters. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field 3+ years of experience in operational planning and campaign management Proven track record in delivering complex digital marketing projects with an agile setup on a global scale Experienced in project management methods Excellent communication skills: you are fluent in English and can explain complex topic in an engageable way. Additional languages are welcome.
