Our rapid expansion in Hong Kong has given rise to an immediate job opportunity for the following position

Responsibilities:
Support to control the booking of operation cost

Obtain the supplier invoice verification from Operation staff with discrepancy explanation if any.

Match and Clear the approved supplier Invoices and Credit Note via system.

Closely coordinate with different departments

Ensure reliable supplier invoice and data entry to maintain a high level of reporting reliability (dependable statistics):

Supervise the registration and matching speed of supplier invoices. (Local and Group Supplier Invoices)

Monitor the day to day quality of supplier invoice registration and matching.Establish department error threshold. Minimize error of registration and mismatch.

Analysis of issues, process improvement and achieving KPI targets

Maintain , review and enhance the database and system

Design and produce entity level reports on monthly basis

Provide quality system trainings to related users and system control

Analyze the root cause for non-compliances and facilitate rectification

Supervise the team and communicate with oversea

Handle ad hoc projects and reports

Requirements:
Degree holder in International Business Studies, Finance, IT or relevant qualification

At least 2 years’ experience in user support & system maintenance in freight forwarding or logistic industry

Proficient in oral and written English

Good knowledge of Excel is a must, exposure to business intelligence tools (cognos, business object)

Excellent interpersonal communication skills

Good analytical and problem solving skills

Good leadership ( with good management skill is more prefer ), multi-tasker

Able to work independently
