Would you like to be a member of our Hedge Fund Solutions business and support our Operational Due Diligence and Investment Structuring team? Do you want to develop your alternative investments expertise in the fund of funds arena?

We are looking for someone to be responsible for all aspects of Investment Structuring and operational due diligence on hedge funds based in the Asia region.

We are looking for someone who can:

· communicate and establish good working relationships with senior business personnel of hedge funds
· review documentation and conduct interviews (on-site with hedge funds) to establish facts pertaining to business and operational risk
· evaluate the overall quality of hedge fund systems, controls, infrastructure and personnel
· write detailed reports containing comprehensive information and analysis related to the business and operational environment at the hedge funds
· perform regular monitoring of ongoing investments
· reviewing fund documents and preparing due diligence reports
· negotiating better terms / rights for our clients
· structuring co-investments and managed accounts for our clients
· general support for investments into hedge funds
