Ensure Operational Excellence in German Market Supply Chain including our external 3PL network. This role covers cost- and service leadership, supporting the operational teams to deliver best in class service at competitive cost levels. This role is enabling great collaboration with all our Supply Chain Teams.
 
What would be your key responsibilities? 

• Leading the Operational Excellence team including System Key Users, Industrial Engineering and Project Managers
• As Value Leadership Champion this role is responsible for identification, controlling and execution of cutting-edge & continuous improvement projects in collaboration with interfacing market teams
• Developing, upgrading and sustaining system- and process landscape in the Supply Chain teams and also externally in cooperation with our warehouses and hauliers
• Close collaboration with our Availability & Distribution team for project execution and successful change management addressing behaviour and process understanding
• Close collaboration with Innovation Manager to develop long term Market Supply Chain perspective and strategy
• Owning and delivering respective KPIs

 
What are we looking for? 

• University Degree in Business, Engineering or Supply Chain
• Motivation to lead and develop a team, previous line management experience would be a benefit
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset
• High level of pro-activeness and willingness to take responsibility
• Self-driven, highly motivated, and comfortable interacting at various levels of an organization with versatile styles
• Good project management skills
• Fluent in English and German
