GOAL OF THE POSITION:

Operational General Manager as the core of the management team of the company and the top decision maker shall take fully responsible for the management of company’s daily operation to reach the business targets setting by company.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

To run the company and fulfill the decisions made by the BOD based on local policies, laws and procedures and report to Top Management.

To be fully responsible for the management of company’s daily operation

To work out long-term strategy of company, annual production, finance and investment plan and submit to the Board and APH. And execute the approved one to reach the operation target.

To take bottom-line responsibility for company’s outstanding achievement.

To work out strategy plans, quality and HSE guideline, goals and systems and set up an organization and build company culture accordingly.

To organize the Company Management Meeting to discuss and make decision on important issues of the company.

To recommend candidates for position as senior manager/department manager to Top Management for discussing. Have the decision right for employees’ appointing and removing, awarding, promotion, salary raising, engaging, dismissing and retiring.

To monitor the work of senior manager or department manager who directly responsible for the performance of the department, coach when necessary. Operational GM’s focus will change accordingly in line with the company’s development and organization change.

To approve and sign company’s rules and principles, important contract and other important files.

REQUIREMENTS:

15+ years department or above management experience in related area, in multi-cultural team prefer

Good technical knowledge of adhesives and building material related markets, products and industries

Strong leadership, able to carry out hands on coaching when required

Good communication and conflicts managing skills

Fluent English and PC skills
