Are you a shrewd evaluator of risk? Do you know how make the right call in challenging situations?
We’re looking for someone like that who can:

– monitor and assess key controls applied to each delegated party in an ongoing due diligence process identification and investigation of negative trends, exceptions or new risks occurring within the delegated functions
– provide support to due diligence processes before delegating any functions under the responsibility of the management company to external parties
– monitor future changes in the regulations in order to anticipate impact on the current control framework and implementing the necessary changes within the timeframes prescribed by regulators.
– review and continuously improve the oversight and valuation processes/procedures including implementing thematic reviews
– collect and analyze valuation reports from underlying target funds
– review valuation metrics inputs, models and reports and analyzing the key value drivers
– assist in the preparation of reports for the AIFM valuation committee
– monthly consolidation of findings and reporting to the head of department.
