We are looking for an Operational Risk Manager to:

• support the CRO GWM team with coordinating regulatory responses and publish into SORT. Ensure reporting for senior management and meetings with regulators is timely and accurate
• track issues and actions in SORT and ensure updates are entered timely
• support the drafting of Issue and Action Plan closure packs, ensuring remediation efforts are adequate and sustainable in keeping with the Operational Risk Framework and GIA assurance
• prepare regular and ad hoc risk reports
• maintain a data base of items that meet the firms data quality and integrity
• organize and facilitate various regional and global operational risk changes and initiatives
• support the control environment through effective KPC/KPCis and maintain accurate records through our UBS proprietary data base.
• support the semi-annual design and operating effectiveness assessments of function Key Procedural Control Instances (KPCis), work with team leads to ensure appropriate scope and coverage exists for their respective areas of responsibility
• review control assessments independently and ensure evidence supports results
• prepare ORI and MLSI reporting to the senior committees
• act as contact to support Independent Management Testing Team (IMT)
• additionally, as needed, takeover general Business Manager / Risk Governance and Business Oversight & Controls tasks
