We are looking for an experienced staff who have knowledge in the Financial operations area preferably FSC onboarding and have critical thinking skills with the potentials of streamlining processes and the ability to prepare onboarding pipeline and statistical reports as well as track turnaround time of processing to fulfil service standards. The staff may also be required to conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) on new or existing systems that are related to their areas of work eg E-onboarding system, Agency Administration System (AAS) system, etc.

• Assist in contracting process of new agent such as due diligence checks and reference checks.
• Assist in creating new agent codes and terminating agent codes in system.
• Assist in creating new Agency codes and cessation of Agency codes in system.
• Assist in updating change of particulars for agents in system.
• Assist in license registration of agents in MAS and GIA.
• Assist in managing and filing contracting documents of agents.
• Assisting in creating new agent codes, agent transfer and agent termination for Bank and FA distribution channels in system.
• Assist in updating of bank accounts for agents in system
• Assist in checking and updating agent bank account codes
•  Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) on new or existing systems that are related to Onboarding and Agency Administration System (AAS).
• Monitor the pipeline applications to ensure that applications are picked-up within 7 working days.
• Consolidate and summarize adverse records assessment for further approval by senior management. 
• Administer adverse records, Applicant under NS disruption, and  Applicant under Conditional LOC and monitoring them using tracking spreadsheet.
• Coaching and mentoring contract staffs/temp staffs for due diligence checks and filing of applications and documents to respective agents’ Personal File (P-File).
