We currently have an exciting new opening for a Operations Analyst Intern who will join our highly successful and growing team." Job Responsibilities: • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive improvements and cultivate relationships • Identify trends and opportunities to develop strategies and implement data driven solutions to improve tools, systems and processes • Manage key projects independently from initiation through completion • Communicate the potential impact of project, process or policy changes to internal stakeholders • Analyze relevant data and effectively summarize insights • Work with Portfolio Managers to verifiably improve the efficiency and effectiveness of our operations, generating a positive return on investment for the business • Work with our software development teams to establish meaningful metrics and KPIs to monitor the quality and efficiency of our engineering execution Qualifications Education level required : Leaving Certificate Years and area of experience required: N/A Technical knowledge • Experience working with stakeholders across remote locations • Project Management qualification or interest in obtaining one • Problem Management experience • Proficient on Microsoft Excel Soft skills • Experience meeting objectives without supervision • Experience in a customer service or consumer-oriented environment • Experience developing strategic solutions • User empathy and an ability to execute independently • Experience adapting to changing circumstances • Must obtain work authorization in country of employment at the time of hire, and maintain ongoing work authorization during employment Eaton is an intelligent power management company dedicated to improving the quality of life and protecting the environment for people everywhere.
