We are hiring for our client. Due to business expansion, my client needs an Operations Assistant to work with Managers and other staff members to ensure that administrative tasks are completed and that the business functions efficiently. It is a permanent position at a consulting firm with nice and supportive colleagues. The office is located in a modern office building right next to the MTR station in Cheung Sha Wan.
Responsibilities
- Support the Managers in managing and resolving operational issues
- Prepare and follow-up forms, documents and business cases
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain good relationship with clients and vendors
- Perform general office administrative and clerical duties
Requirements
- Interest in developments in digital technology, with e-Commerce knowledge/experience is an advantage
- Sound communication and organizational skills
- Good English and Chinese typing skills
- Analytical, responsible and mature
