A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Operations Bar Manager to be part of a luxury lifestyle resort in Southern Spain. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:

The Operations Bar Manager will run the cocktail and bar beverage program, manage the bar team in all the outlets and ensure maximum guest satisfaction. 

You ensure highest standards in the quality of drinks and quality of service through planning, organizing and directing the bar operation and administration.

You will manage, train and motivate the bar team, as well as develop and execute training plans and internal auditing processes to ensure highest guest satisfaction for the hotel, manages bar/lounge daily shift operations and supervision of staff. 

Your role includes understanding the local market and effectively positioning the outlets, maintaining the operating budget, controlling and analysing the hotels beverage P/L budgets, to optimize performance, and you will be the responsible of the accurate managing property liquor inventories and controls.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS INCLUDE: 

•    2 years of experience in a comparable role, ideally in luxury lifestyle
•    Bar tending skills
•    Strong leadership skills, motivated, team player & with pleasing personality.
•    Strong background in food & beverage.
•    Remarkable skills in guest satisfaction & handling
•    Extensive knowledge of mixology
