Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist Manage operations of a clean services contract;
  • Work closely with internal departments and site operations to ensure service deliveries are complied with client's requirements and company policies;
  • Assist the Operations Manager in managing the Operations Department;
  • Sales Quotation, Invoice and Report preparation;
  • Provide administration and operational support.

Requirements:

  • High Diploma or above;
  • Fresh graduate will be considered;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Can work independently, self-motivated and willing to learn;
  • Proficiency PC knowledge in MS Word and Excel, Chinese and English typing;
  • Immediate available is highly preferred.

  • 高級文憑或以上
  • 接受畢業生應徵
  • 良好溝通及人際相處技巧
  • 獨立工作、主動及願意學習
  • 熟悉Windows、MS Word及Excel
  • 懂中英文打寫
