Job Description

Start or continue your international career with this excellent opportunity to join the world’s leading forwarding and logistics organisation and be part of our ongoing success story. In this role, you are responsible for handling and coordinating airfreight export shipment documentation.

We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are well-organized and willing to take up challenges.

Your tasks and responsibilities
Prepare full set of airfreight export documents
Handle daily air export operations
Communicate with internal and external parties for shipment arrangement to ensure shipments handling properly and efficiently
Responsible for system data entry
Verify shipping document (e.g.: shipping invoice, packing list and etc.)

Your skills and experience
Form 5 or above, with working experience in airfreight industry is preferable
Basic computer knowledge and good typing skills
Basic command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin
Excellent team spirit and willing to perform shift duty (Day/Overnight)
