Job Title: Operations Controller, Jingzhou Site

Report to: Regional Finance Director Asia

Business Unit: DSM (China) Limited

Location: Jingzhou, Hubei

The Challenge:

The Position:

1. Operate as integrated part of regional operations/site team within the business(es);

2. Operate within the regional operations control team and work on optimizing and harmonizing financial processes & reporting and implementing best practices across DSM;

3. Monitor and interpret the consolidated CAPEX and OPEX budgeting & forecasting and provide explanation to management;

4. Lead product costing/ raw material / cycle design & output consumption analysis;

5. Review business cases and provide support to the DICI transformation, BOS support etc;

6. Finalize product costing/ raw material / cycle design & output consumption;

7. Review analysis capital proposal and finalize IRR assessments

Inventory, CAPEX/Projects and Working Capital forecasting;

8. Functional Cost Reporting according to Crystal definitions to BGs and Service Units, Global Process Owners and DSM Group Control & Accounting.

The Ideal:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, CMA or CPA, ACCA;

2. Senior Controller experience in manufacturing environments of multinational companies;

3. Minimum relevant working experience 10 years;

4. Proficient in both Mandarin and English.
