An Sales Coordinator/Operations Officer job in a leading MNC in the bio-pharmaceutical industry.

Your new company
This multinational, high-end pharmaceutical company is famous for its aspirational biotechnology. Its office in Hong Kong offers a word-class working environment with work-life balance. Due to market growth, a permanent Operation Officer is needed to join the team in the HK office.

Your new role
You will be an Operation Officer to provide operational and customer service support to the business including:

  • Handle and follow up customer enquiries
  • Responsible for logistics and documentation duties
  • Coordinate with internal and external parties on order processing


What you'll need to succeed

  • At least 2 years' related experience
  • Experience in Pharmaceutical industry is a huge plus
  • With SAP knowledge is highly preferred
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin
