Responsibilities:

1. To coordinate for daily operation duties
2. Familiar of fixed income
3. Handle corporate actions task, pro-actively follow up election matter
4. Liaise with other departments to ensure the smoothness of the operational flow
5. Reconcile internal daily investment position against custodian records
6. Follow up custodian and brokerage trading account opening
7. Perform NAV report
8. Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Finance, Economics or relevant disciplines
2. 3-6 years of working experience in asset management operations
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
4. Good command of written & spoken English and Chinese including Mandarin
5. Conversant with MS Word, Excel & Chinese character input
6. Candidates with more experience will be considered as Manager
