An International company which specializes in the manufacturing of plumbing products is currently constructing a new state of the art facility in Jiangsu. The organization requires a motivated individual who will help set up and maintain the facility alongside international management staff.

- Assist with the setup and running of a new manufacturing facility
- Help create processes and procedures
- Assist in translation
- Understand line capacity planning and utilisation
- Be familiar with working out costs associated with manufacturing
- Ensure manufacturing performance and overhead expenditure across all functions do not exceed budgets.
- Drive a continuous improvement culture.
- Promote a culture of workplace health and safety.
- Development of all employees within production, including planning for future skill requirements as per business needs.
- Manage, train and develop up to 60 staff within the factory
- Hold control over quality, cost and performance for the numerous lines within the business unit
- Provide all daily, weekly and monthly reporting to the Executive Leadership Team


Skills and Experience

-Minimum 5 years management experience (preferably in the plumbing products industry)
-Previous experience in a Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager or Site Manager role in a manufacturing environment.
-Knowledge of ISO, Sigma 6 and other international standards
-Ideally, you will be a Green Belt and hold a Degree in an Engineering subject
