Responsibilities:

• Assist product development 
• Responsible of outbound tours operations
• Coordinate with local and overseas suppliers and airlines on group booking arrangement
• Full set processing on all tickets, reservation, and confirmation issue of group tours
• Deal with sub-agents, incoming enquiries and bookings
• Coordinate with frontline to enhance respective sales performance
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Holder of Bachelor Degree, preferably in tourism studies
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in travel industry managing outbound tours
• Knowledge of Amadeus is an advantage
• Proficient in MS Office application and Chinese word processing
• Good command of Chinese and English 
• Proactive, flexible with good communication and interpersonal skills 
• Able to work independently and under pressure to meet multiple deadlines
• Immediate available is highly preferred
