Job Description
Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate, direct and monitor the cleaning and housekeeping operations in the company’s portfolio
  • Effective instruction and management of site supervisors and cleaners to ensure delivery of operations covering all required areas.
  • Regular visits to company’s cleaning sites to monitor standards of cleanliness, to establish and implement work quality and meet the evolving needs of clients
  • Plan and deliver schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilising available manpower and equipment
  • Attend meetings with building managers/owners as required.
  • Understand and build excellent relationships with stake holders, promoting good reputation of the company.
  • Provide training to new staff in relation to expected standards and quality of cleaning, health and safety requirements and handling of equipment and machinery.
  • Monitor working time to ensure that overtime are completed correctly, meeting payroll requirement
  • Maintain supplies of cleaning materials and equipment and placing orders to maintain stock levels
  • Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment
Skills:
  • Experience in man-management
  • Good persuasion skills
  • Excellent time management
  • Mature and responsible
  • Able to work effectively with different level of personnel
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in cleaning operations only
  • Computer literate
  • Class 3 license
  • Singaporeans Only
