Operations Executive (Cleaning)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate, direct and monitor the cleaning and housekeeping operations in the company’s portfolio
- Effective instruction and management of site supervisors and cleaners to ensure delivery of operations covering all required areas.
- Regular visits to company’s cleaning sites to monitor standards of cleanliness, to establish and implement work quality and meet the evolving needs of clients
- Plan and deliver schedules for more specific needs such as periodic cleaning timetable, utilising available manpower and equipment
- Attend meetings with building managers/owners as required.
- Understand and build excellent relationships with stake holders, promoting good reputation of the company.
- Provide training to new staff in relation to expected standards and quality of cleaning, health and safety requirements and handling of equipment and machinery.
- Monitor working time to ensure that overtime are completed correctly, meeting payroll requirement
- Maintain supplies of cleaning materials and equipment and placing orders to maintain stock levels
- Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment
Skills:
- Experience in man-management
- Good persuasion skills
- Excellent time management
- Mature and responsible
- Able to work effectively with different level of personnel
Requirements:
- Previous experience in cleaning operations only
- Computer literate
- Class 3 license
- Singaporeans Only
