1, Summary:
Supporting Statutory & Admin team in Contract Management project to manage all contracts, agreements, and documents.
Ensuring the company’s business operations comply with laws and legal regulations;
Develop new process to improve and reduce paperwork.
Reporting directly to: Head of Statutory & Admin
Subordinate: NA
High frequency of interaction: Sales, Customer Marketing , Marketing, Finance & Accounting, Logistics
Working location: Flemington Tower, 182 Le Dai Hanh, District 11, HCMC
2, Core job responsibilities:
Review in business contracts and bidding documents of the hospital
Review in agreement of Customer Marketing program and the documents related to customers
Manage and monitor sales contract; agreement of CMM program and the documents related to customers.
Coordinate with other departments to find best solutions to develop new process to improve and reduce paperwork.
Supporting for other tasks assigned
MINIMUM BACKGROUND/ EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
