Job Description

主要職責:

  • 協助倉庫和商店的日常運營和分配
  • 協助電子商務貨品每日進出倉庫操作
  • 創建採購訂單,倉庫系統操作和庫存控制
  • 負責包裝/拆箱,裝卸貨物
  • 在商店之間運輸貨物(尖沙咀, 銅鑼灣和紅磡等)
  • 定期檢查和盤點
  • 支持臨時項目,如:準備銷售活動

 

基本要求:  

  • 中五或以上程度
  • 具有一年或以上倉務經驗
  • 懂基本電腦操作及微軟辦公技巧
  • 操流利廣東話及基礎普通話
  • 對 ERP 有認識
  • 誠實、願意學習及間中加班工作,具團隊合作精神,高度注重細節
  • 良好的溝通技巧,能獨立處事
  • 能即時或短期內上任

 

工作時間: 星期一至六 10:00-19:00; 星期六長短周工作, 無需輪班

Key responsibilities

  • Daily operations and distributions of warehouse & shops
  • Daily Inbound & Outbound operations of E-commerce
  • Create purchase orders, warehouse system operations and inventory control
  • Responsible for packing/unpacking, loading and unloading goods
  • Transporting the goods between shops (Tsim Sha Tsui, Causeway Bay & Hung Hom, etc)
  • Review and stock take periodically
  • Support Ad hoc projects, like preparing sales event

 

Requirements

  • Form 5 or above
  • 1 years of experience in warehouse operations or related field
  • Basic PC and Microsoft Office skills
  • Proficiency in Cantonese and basic Putonghua
  • ERP knowledge will be an advantage
  • Honest, willing to learn and work over time
  • Team-oriented, high attention to details
  • Strong communication skills and working independently
  • Candidates with immediate availability or short notice preferred

 

Working hours: Mon – Sat 10:00-19:00, alternate Saturday off. No shift duties required
