Project management oversight/operations responsibilities include developing, implementing and overseeing creative department workflow strategy and project assignments in close collaboration with the Head of Creative Services.

Spearhead the implementation, adoption and ongoing evolution of Creative Operations within Creative Services and with cross functional partners including but not limited to: Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, Media, Social, Public Relations, and IT.

This includes partnership with Global AD and appointed external vendors in supporting Creative Operations process as it relates to new technology tools for Asset Management and Project Management. Once implementation is complete, continue to serve as a guide and continue to explore opportunities for improvement and optimization. The Creative Operations Lead will have full oversight and be responsible for tracking and supporting KPIs.

S/he will add operational efficiency to the creative workflow process by using best practices and tools to streamline and structure the way creative work is produced within Creative Services. S/he will pro-actively partner with Marketing, E-commerce, CRM, IT, and other Communication teams on intake and delivery of all creative work, attend all project kickoffs and review all creative briefs and ensure all information is present for projects to be completed while collaborating with each department.

The Creative Operations Lead will be responsible for sharing and monitoring creative and production schedules and setting priorities to meet deadlines as well as troubleshooting problems as they arise. S/he will establish processes and infrastructure that will lend itself to the overall efficiency of the creative development process and communication within the creative department as well as own all creative team agendas and lead regular status meetings.

The Creative Operations Lead will lead and/or influence creative talent to achieve department and project goals through diplomatic communication, consistent messaging and organized creative processes.

S/he is also responsible for representing the Creative team perspective, goals and deliverables in meetings across multiple cross functional teams.

The Creative Operations Lead will oversee department budgets, invoicing and work closely with the Head of Creative Services on annual budgets and planning.



LIASON WITH GLOBAL AD



Navigate, foster and manage relationships with Global AD in order to streamline and manage workflow of global creative briefs from pre to post production.

Support and advocate for China/APAC campaigns for both China/APAC and world wide deployment.

Establish Global AD creative operations ‘know how’ and culture and implement seem-less processes and methodology.



AGENCY MANAGEMENT

Oversee curation and governance of creative agencies. Find new resources, talent and expertise when needed and support the Creative Services team in implementation and general management.



QUALIFICATIONS

Proven track record of expertise in directing in house agency or agency team to project manage, produce and deliver 2D and 3D creative assets.

Proven leadership in creating/defining new process, implementation and change management.

Proven change agent; comfortable navigating through ambiguity and complexity; ability to swiftly mobilize team to meet changing demands.

Expertise in agency management including briefing, negotiating, budget management, and quality of deliverables on time, on brand.

Exceptional negotiation skills and understanding of market.

Clear understanding of importance of upholding brand image and standards.

Leverages deep expertise of the brand and of the competitive landscape encourages agile thinking and awareness

Demonstrates influential leadership; respects and incorporates the needs of cross functional stakeholders and leadership.

Exceptional organizational skills. Detail oriented and problem solver with deep understanding of creative excellence while managing time appropriately to meet aggressive deadlines.

Ability to motivate, develop, and inspire team while effectively executing creative and business strategies.

Ability to guide and influence work and teams without direct responsibility by displaying strong leadership skills.

Possess a positive attitude toward teamwork and be an advocate for collaboration. Will quickly and easily adapt to changing mandates and priorities and meets challenges with proactive solutions.
