Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as an OLDP POC Intern. What is the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) Internship for Point of Care (POC)? In the Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) Internship for Point of Care (POC), you will increase efficiency and sustainability across multiple businesses and learn the daily operations that ensure production goals are met, improvements are made and systems are managed. With Siemens’ team of innovators as your mentors, you will visit facility sites and assist in developing a solution-based plan for improved production. Potential experiences include: Manufacturing Engineering; Assays and Instruments Process improvement, LEAN or Six Sigma project Support of production process; Assays and Instruments Assay / Reagent technical problem solving (Chem E, BioMed, Chemistry) Supply Chain - Operations Project Management Participants who complete the internship program will be considered for the Operations Leadership Development Program and other entry-level opportunities. To apply for the Operations Leadership Development Program POC Internship, candidates must meet the following requirements: Majors: BS/BA in Chemistry/Biochemistry/Biomedical, Mechanical/Industrial/Electrical Engineering, Material Sciences, Supply Chain Education: Rising undergraduate seniors pursuing a BS/BA from an accredited technical school, college or university Availability: Ability to work 40 hours per week from May to August. Strong interest in working in a production environment.
