工作內容 :
配合公司執行政策及營銷計劃,提升效率
控制各分店營運減省成本
跟進各分店人手編排
負責匯報店舖營運狀況及客戶意見
入職要求 :
良好的客戶服務,人際關係和溝通技巧
具有良好的應變能力、管理技巧及溝通技巧
具領導才能,有效建立團隊精神
具有10年或以上的餐飲相關經驗(至少3~5年營運經理的經驗)
流利的粵語及一般普通話和英文

Work content :
- Cooperate with the company to implement policies and marketing plans to improve efficiency
- Control the operating costs of each branch to reduce costs
- Follow up the manual layout of each branch
- Manage the operation procedures and resource utilization of each branch
- Responsible for reporting store operation status and customer opinions
Entry requirements :
- Good customer service, interpersonal relationship and communication skills
- Have good adaptability, management skills and communication skills
- Leadership skills and effective team building
- 10 years or more of catering related experience (at least 3 ~ 5 years of experience as a Operations Manager)
- Fluent Cantonese and Mandarin and English
